"It is a nice condo. It is not on a high floor. And the balcony is on the side not directly on the rear of the building, but you can still see the ocean and pool. The balcony on the side of the building has a hidden advantage -- natural air conditioning. Whole foods is down the street. Just be careful driving, Floridians and I am sure alot of transplants do not seem to know how to drive. Both the beach and pool are beautiful. I was only there for two days so I couldnt take advantage of everything. However, I would/will come back again and rent this unit. The host has to have someone replace the internal toilet stopper. It runs a little bit and if you do not know how to "jiggle" the handle, water is being wasted. I know how to jiggle the handle -- you are welcome. Overall, great unit and location. Not sure how crowded the pool will get when it is really hot. If the pool is too crowded the beach is steps away. Just bring an umbrella and sunscreen. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the beach access if directly across the street. The house was clean and prepared for our arrival. The house is located close to multiple places to eat. I wish we could have been able to stay longer and enjoyed it more but this was a work trip. I would definitely stay here again."
