"The Westin location is excellent very close to Grand Central Station and easy access to trains, but the hotel itself is also great. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is also very spacious and welcoming, too. I liked that there were 6 elevators and rarely did we have to wait very long for an elevator. Not sure why there is an automatic $25 "destination fee" (in addition to all sorts of taxes), but this did include breakfast for one person each morning. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, and I did take advantage of that. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Tiberius was very helpful with getting my family checked in and making sure that we were comfortable. Kevin was also very beneficial as he helped make our stay comfortable and assisted with getting transportation to our destinations. I liked that there was a good amount of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed over a weekend and the hotel gets a little noisy overnight from the rooftop bar/club but it did not bother my family as we were celebrating a birthday. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious compared to other hotels that we’ve stayed at in New York City. Overall the rooms we stayed in were very clean but the showers had a small amount of mold on the tiles. I would definitely stay here again. "
