"A very good hotel and restaurant. Big room, clean, with good beds. Excellent dinner at their restaurant with good and nice service. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of things to enjoy (especially the Nutella machine that gave me exact the amount of Nutella I wanted!). Located in a small peaceful village. This day we got a free opera concert at the park by the river. The hotel and its restaurant give a lot of value for the money. I recommend is strongly and I will return. "

"We had a great time staying at the Hotel Rappen. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice. From the variety of hotels we stayed at during our whole trip, this hotel's breakfast was tied for number one. The proximity to the old town gate was so helpful in maximizing our time in the area.
