"The hotel is “pet friendly”. This is typically not an issue, as most hotels keep certain rooms for folks with pets. Unfortunately the room we were in on the 3rd floor had obviously housed dogs and cats. The room had a strong odor of “cover up” spray, which sadly didn’t work very well. Also the staff (kitchen/front desk) seemed disgruntled, more with each other than the guests."
