This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. Just a few things we noticed could've helped with our stay~an iron/ironing board, a cork screw opener (for a bottle of wine), hangers for hanging clothes in the closet, and paper towels for the kitchen or kitchen towel for wiping table/dishes, etc... Beside those minor things, it was a nice place and I'd certainly stay there again if I came back to Enoshima!"

"YuYu was a wonderful private stay up in the mountains of Hakone! My partner and I stayed 2 nights and got a private 50 minute onsen both nights:) It was a perfect way to unwind after a day of walking around. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The breakfast and dinner services are worth it (the food is great!) and the staff are very helpful and assisted us with meals and finding our onsen room. Would definitely go back."

"Hotel was great and really enjoyed the onsen being on site. Beautiful views of Mount Fuji! If you have an early train, be sure to book a ride well in advance with the hotel or you may have issues finding a ride. I would also recommend using your own luggage delivery service and not the one provided by the hotel. Sagawa broke our suitcase and we spent the next 3 days in our new location dealing with it."

"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with our 1 year old and even though she was fussy and it rained the whole time, our stay here was amazing. Such a beautiful property inside and out. The rooms and amenities were super useful. The employees were all so nice and helpful and even though our toddler was going through some teething at the time they never made us feel rushed or embarrassed. The breakfast was phenomenal, literally hit every option for every type of eater. It was pricey but well worth it! The personal onsen in our room was great to have as it helped with the 4am wakes with our little one. I loved the personal touches such as the little bag for our little one, complimentary water, and robes."

The ensuite onsen in the room balcony was absolutely incredible. I spent hours in there! The food was amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but the dinners in the dining hall in the annex were absolutely amazing"

"Location is nice. Close proximity to the bus stop with a Family Mart right next door. 10 min bus ride to the ropeway. The rooms are big and the private onsen was the perfect way to start the morning and relax after a day outdoors. Beer on tap & you can mix your own drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks also available and refreshing."

"The Onsen (hot spring facilities) was fantastic, especially after a long journey. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Mostly Japanese food but there are a few choices for those who don't like Japanese food. For me, the meals were great. Sushi, Sashimi, lots of different choices. A true test of Japan. Never had the same thing twice as there were too many choices. Not to mention they had beer, sake and some other alcohols available as part of the buffet. Didn't see anyone abusing the access which is good. The only thing to mention is if you are traveling from Tokyo and are returning there, it would be good to only take a smaller portion of your belongings (send your larger cases to your next hotel) as the rooms are not equipped with closets or drawers so you will be living out of your suitcase. Really wasn't a problem with our two large suitcases. Nice walking path in the back of the facility. Strongly recommend taking a taxi or uber from the train station with your suitcases. We road the bus there which was standing room only along a a very twisty mountain road, OVERALL - WONDERFULL"
