"My Daughter and I went to see Christmas markets in Germany and we stayed at the Kings Hotel Center Superior while in Munich. The staff were amazing. So helpful and so pleasant. The main train station is about 6 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was great. Hotel is really cute inside. Both my Daughteer and I really enjoyed our stay there. If we ever go to Munich again we will definitely stay there. "

"This was a great place for us to stay. It's close to the station which was important to us. It has its own vibe which we enjoyed. We were able to use the downstairs area where breakfast is served later in the day just to sit for a coffee. It's a lovely space. And, yes, the breakfast is exceptional. The Sofitel and Meridien are close by, but I would rather stay here at the Cocoon even if I wasn't on a budget holiday!"

"This was an all around amazing hotel experience! The hotel is immaculately clean and modernized-yet has all of the historic components. Everything was in working order and the entire hotel as well as my guest room was extremely clean. wi-Fi works very well. Showers were amazing with great water pressure. Very comfortable bedding, linens, and towels. And even though it is not needed in the winter, it is a rare thing to have this in Europe,- air conditioning that works year-round! The location is perfect. It is across the street from the main central station, it is where the airport shuttle bus stops at, all of the tour companies are within a one block radius, there is a tram stop outside the front of the hotel, every tram and underground/subway depart from Central Station so they are also all within one block. There are always taxis waiting outside, there are 24 hour eateries in Central Station, as well as many other dining options within walking distance, including a full-service grocery store located across the street in the Central station. In reference to the staff - The staff go above and beyond and are always there with a smile ready to answer questions. Mrs. Katherine at the front desk and Domenico, concierge, truly go above and beyond to assist their guests. The level of service and warmth they provide is definitely five star all the way! These two individuals are very proud to work at this hotel and enjoy what they do which clearly shows to their guests."
