"The hotel is not luxurious but very comfortable and lovely. The breakfast was delicious, very good lattes. The staff was very accommodating and spoke English. The front desk was amazing, even carried my bag up the stairs💕. Any questions were answered. Gave great recommendations for dinner. From our window you could see the castle. Christmas markets and the funicular were right there. Great location. Beautiful"

"From the moment we arrived at Staycity Apart, the staff were welcoming, helpful, organised and supportive. We arrived earlier than scheduled and they moved us into a double room which was prepared, so thank you for being supportive. The room, had everything you need, inclusive of a small kitchen, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bus/ tram connection was conveniently located outside the hotel, and the connections to the Altstadt, were quick and efficient."
