"Rooms are super clean, you don’t need to bring any toiletries, they have everything you need. Very respectful and courteous staffs all around. From parking attendants to restaurant servers. The breakfast was good, but you kind of got tired of eating almost the same things if you stay more than 2 days. "

"Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation. Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new. Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED. Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen. "

"The staff kindly held our luggage until check-in time, which was a nice convenience on a busy morning. The building is a little dated, but the room and bed was quite comfy. The location, in the heart of the Odori area and close to the subway and streetcar was perfect."
