"The best location in Sapporo for travelers. Subway station under the hotel basement. The only drawback is the noise from the busiest intersection in Sapporo every day and night . But I will still book this hotel if I visit Sapporo again. The hotel is very new , good design and I have a corner room which is big in Japanese standard. The breakfast is very good with ice cream. The spa is not Onsen , more like hot water. The roof top terrace is strange , only for viewing, no drinks allow and no smoking . Waste the roof top terrace . "

"It was quite inconvenient that none of the staff spoke English. For such a large hotel, it was surprising and hard to understand why there were no English-speaking staff available.
We ended up changing to a larger room, which comfortably accommodated the three of us. We paid an additional 10,000 yen ($80) per night and stayed for a total of five nights.
We had access to the Royal Club on the 28th floor, where we enjoyed breakfast as well as the tea time and cocktail hour services. That part of the stay was a very pleasant memory.

Hotel JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Park

"I stayed at JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Park for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is just a short walk from Nakajima Koen Station, making it very convenient, yet the area is quiet and peaceful at night.
The staff were polite and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The room amenities were decent, especially the complete skincare set which included cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and moisturizer.
The public bath was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The breakfast buffet had just the right variety—not overwhelming, but enough to feel satisfying. On the day I stayed, they offered a mild-flavored venison (Ezo deer) curry and a ramen tasting corner featuring different styles from around Hokkaido, which made for a unique and enjoyable dining experience.
I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Sapporo."
