"This property is definitely not a three-star — more like a one or two-star at best. I was extremely disappointed, as my experience didn’t match the reviews. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot, and there’s ongoing construction all around the property, which makes it quite an eyesore."

From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year.
