"L’environnement extérieur est magnifique. En revanche, nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très sale qui n’a rien d’un appartement premium ( poêle sales, bouteilles de savon vides , sel, poivre, …vides, tas de poussière énorme sous le canapé et sous les lits…). À ce jour j’attends toujours un retour du propriétaire ( à qui j’ai envoyé des photos) concernant une compensation puisque le prix de la nuit est très élevé et ne correspond absolument pas à ce que nous avons trouvé !"

"The house is beautiful and very clean. The view is amazing. It was nice that it had coffee ,oil, salt and pepper , it made our life easier especially the rice cooker since we like to eat rice. It so close to train station and the lake. After staying g at Spiez, we left for Grindelwald but we wish we should have just stayed at Speiz, the surrounding is way better"

"Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in June 2026. The apartment was easy to find, the parking was very close by and the hosts did an excellent job of explaining the parking options and check in process. The small kitchen was very efficient and while we only prepared simple meals, the full size fridge and stove top, plus provided plates/cups/glassware would make cooking family meals a breeze. "The host was responded to all my questions and requested right away. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Only negative was one bedroom only had one plug but our host provided a solution with 2 extension cords right away. I would recommend this apartment with a big group. The chickens, ducks and sheeps in the back were a bonus to see everyday."
