Had a wonderful stay in Spiez. The view from the hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I recommend getting a room with a view of the lake, you will not be disappointed. Our room was comfortable and spacious with nice updated bathrooms. My only complaint about the room was there were no shades of any kind to block out the light in the morning. The room is clean. The reception is very nice and provided the welcome drink with compliment. They recommend the restaurant are good especially the Greek cuisine besides the hotel.

Who are we? We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We booked the family suite with two connecting rooms, one with a double bed and a small one with 2 twins. We were looking for medium-priced accommodations. This staff is FABULOUS. Every person is warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to make us welcome. John, one of the waitstaff, is amazing. We loved everything about the hotel. It was beautiful. We stayed on the 4th floor where we were able to view the river, as well as the Swiss Alps in the background, the snowcap Mountains. Best views ever. Definitely a 5☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommend to stay there

Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a prime location with direct access to the train station and a short walk to nearby restaurants and activities.

Amazing service and beautiful hotel! We loved the views from our 3 large windows with views from every angle. The included breakfast was delicious with many hot item choices as well as a buffet with various breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. I enjoyed the cappuccino and my husband loved the hot chocolate. I felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Thanks for a delightful experience!

We don’t normally do reviews but this place deserves one. Just a gem of a find. Great location, beautiful and comfortable (alpine but modern), and amazing food! (Both the complimentary breakfast and we had a delicious dinner.) and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay here, 3 minute walk from the train station. Beautiful views. The staff who I believe were the owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They go the extra mile prepping breakfast. Would recommend to any of my family members or friends.

Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.
