Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). There is some light wear in the main areas and bathroom, but nothing that takes away from the experience. It still feels very nice, not dated at all, and hits all the important notes.
