"We had a great room right on the corner, lake front and loved it! Staff were friendly, pool was lovely and warm, and having access to the millennium next door made life easy with young kids. Only downfall was the windows in the back bedroom with the two beds are window shutters (sorry don’t know the proper name) so you could hear a lot of noise from people being outside / in their back rooms which woke the kids a lot at night. And the front door couldn’t be locked from the inside so not safe with escaping toddlers that can reach the low handle. "

"This would have been glorious 20 years ago… beautiful thermally heated outdoor pools, squash and tennis courts, gym, large grounds…. but as much as amenities are still nice the room we were in was likely last updated in 90’s and barely maintained in recent years. Damp, a light fitting fell out and became a waterfall, rotten beams, broken dryer, etc… although cleaned well the room was disappointing. Staff were lovely although getting through to tell them about the new light water feature was a 30minute wait on the phone. The restaurant was nice but expect fine dining prices for decent pub food. "

"Room was ‘tired’, could do with a refresh. The rubbish bin had 2 sides, the side with a lid hadn’t been emptied. I had to call reception who sent up someone to fix the ranchslider door (only external entry) as it wouldn’t open. It had come off the rails and was ok once she’d fixed it. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"We stayed for 3 nights recently and found the property had everything we needed. It had a good sized kitchen and bathroom and a huge comfy bed. It's close to the town centre, cafes and shops. Carol was really lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The 4 hot pools are amazing and spacious."
