"Amazing stay! All the staff were very kind and helpful. We got the double with the bigger bathtub on the balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. There's beautiful garden in the bottom floor which was perfect for a night stroll after dinner. The kaiseki dinner was good. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There's also a shuttle that takes you to hook station. "

"5 minutes walk from Souzan station, place was quiet with 2 onsens. Onsen are rotated every 12 hours. Kaiseki styled Dinner and breakfast were provided as there is very limited food option in Hakone area and most public transport end at 5pm"

"We had the best experience, started as soon as we arrived at the hotel until we left. Food was great, had a private hot spring room everyday. Initially we were concerned about convenience of transportation. Hotel stuff sent and picked us up from nearby places and bus stops. The only less than perfect thing is the weather, raining everyday during our stay. But it gives the perfect reason and motivation to come back. "The stay is like something our of a fairytale! You can see the views of the mountains, lake and the tori gates. The property is right by the water. It has the most up to date amenities! Including your own footbath out doors and a full private onsen that opens up to the views! 10/10 can not recommend this place enough!
