"We checked in and someone else was already checked in our room. Their stuff was in a desk. I brought it down to the front desk and explained the situation. Yet we got knocks on our door by the police at 1:00 AM. I had to explain myself when I already did when I checked in. I had to prove it was my room and I had an actual key and show my id. Complete safety hazard. Luckily I could lock door room from inside. They double booked our room."

"Place was very clean, room was luxurious with plenty of space, I felt like I hit a jackpot. Unfortunately, there was a limit on nearby restaurants, but that's not the hotel's fault. When I turned on the tv, it couldn't provide me with any channel info so that didn't help me figure out what to watch, but as I had my laptop and tablet, that didn't matter"

"Great Location , the poo smelt so bad of chlorine we had to wash the kids when we got to the room it was so bad. My daughter the next day had little bumps on her sholder think the chlorine was way to hi. Couldent get the Ac to shut off. It would turn off and then turn back on after a while . So we basickly froze froze. Told the staff at front desk and what we got for a answer was : oh thanks we will have it checked and walked away. "

"Everything was good with the exception of the strong smell of someone smoking weed. That all I could smell in my room. I had a constant headache from it"

"The room was nicely appointed. We had everything we needed. It was clean. The heat was very efficient. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast was good, not excellent. I would stay there again. The front desk area was under renovation at the time we were there so I’m sure the construction is done now. One time when we came back to our room the housekeeper had left our door wide open (for about 5 hours) which made us uncomfortable with all our belongings in there. Nothing was missing but we felt very vulnerable. Anyone could have gone in there. I’m sure it was a honest mistake, but not a good one. Parking was great. Location is great. Overall we were satisfied. "
