"It was the second time we rented the villa – and we hope to return. Everything in the villa is in perfect condition. The heated pool is perfect in January! Some distance to Mijas/beach, but we didn’t bother to rent a car since Uber/Bolt is so easy to use."

"My family decided to rent this villa over Christmas there were 13 of us, mostly adults but 2 young children and some younger adults, communication was great no issues, the villa location was just on the out side of town but a short ride to town by taxi, or there’s a bus, the villa was excellent maybe needing a freshen up but nothing major, the pool was cold but I suppose in summer months this isn’t an issue, all in all we had a great time and I would recommend this villa, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Must say that we have to give 5 stars plus. , the actual villa is very well looked after everything you need is there , kids also loved the fact that they could grab eggs from the hens. "Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day."

"We were a family group of 10 including a baby and a 4 yo. The house is just as in the pictures, spacious with lots of comfortable seating in different areas and a lovely, although unheated, pool. There is a huge, well equipped kitchen and excellent built in BBQ at the back. All bedrooms had large comfortable beds and 4 en-suites were a bonus. "Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. "Just spent 10 days at this villa and had a great time. We couldn’t have asked for more with everything we needed being there. The little touches including the basics you need without having to shop on arrival (including a massive bag of fresh oranges) were gratefully received. The pool was such a good size and both adults and kids alike had fun. It is in the perfect location for shops etc. it is set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool and is very private. It has a lovely feel about it, is very clean and tastefully decorated. "Stayed 3 nights for a 50th birthday. Mixed ages from 18 to 72 years. We had the most amazing time making memories. Sten was a brilliant host, villa had everything you could possibly need and more. Top tip, take a photo of the outside name of the villa for taxis as some confusion over the correct address. Also larger party get separate snalled buses as we did have to walk up hill with cases. Thank Sten for an unbelievable villa and memories i will treasure forever"
