"Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the malls. Very secured property. Comfortable beds and high quality linens, towels and pillows. They provided toiletries, wifi and netflix. Only one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Check that the room has been fully cleaned because we saw a bottle of C2 in the freezer , biscuit crumbs under one bed, little stain on the comforter and a couple of crawling insects. We didn’t mind those things a we are not fuzzy but other people might not like...

"I love the cleanliness of the place and the water pressure of the shower which you can hardly find in settings like this. However, they need to put up blackout curtains because the place is too bright considering its a corner unit with extra window. Some people like to stay in bed late or sleep during the daytime. I also like that it's a walking distance the mall and church. Numerous convenience stores can be found downstairs. I'll probably book this place again in the future."

"Location is perfect. The property itself is not. The plates was not properly cleaned…some debris at the bottom, there is no paper towel or kitchen towel, fridge has full of frozen food, there is no toilet paper, there was a soap that looks like been used in the toilet, no soap in the lavatory…"

"The unit is in the California Garden, which is in the heart of Mandaluyong. SM Mega Mall is walking distance to the unit, or just a short ride on Grab, it is also a short ride to GBC. California Garden has everything you want from laundry facility, food/restaurant, convince story and massage with in the development. You definitely feel secure within the campus with security guard at both entrances and at all the building lobbies. In fact you can see residence walking around in the early morning...

"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "
