"Sonya was lovely and welcoming. The cabins were simple but clean and tidy and had what we needed. Lovely fresh sheets and new duvee.We had sweet little calves in the paddock who were happy to come and say hello. We bought our food to cook. So used the big bbq. We could have done with some big knives but the small streak knives worked. And possibly a toaster for breakfast would have been good, but we stayed camping style and used the bbq. A lovely peaceful area and cabins tucked away for total...

"Lovely peaceful setting but close enough to main highways for exploring the Bay of Islands. The property is exactly as in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, utensils cleaning products etc) & instructions for using appliances was supplied & appreciated."

"Great spot, great host that second visit there has always been delightful to stay at so happy to make this a permanent spot for when I need to travel north and spend the night. Neighbouring restaurant was a bit of a let down sadly."
