"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Whilst the chef/kitchen were very amendable to preparing gluten free options they could life easier for themselves by tweaking the menu. I will be going back."

"Lovely hotel in quiet location, spotlessly clean spacious room with comfy bed and nice bedding. Staff very welcoming. Food was delicious, i had dinner and also breakfast the next morning, both very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if I'm in the area."

"We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our three night stay. Our bed was so comfortable, it was a welcome return after a busy day exploring Aberdeenshire. The ensuite facilities were very spacious. Room included small fridge, microwave, TV, electric blanket, armchairs and hospitality tray. Loved the drawing room with the open fire where we sat and played games. Breakfast was outstanding, the choices were amazing and set you up for the day. We didn't like saying goodbye, even Gracie our Jackadoodle enjoyed herself and was made to feel at home."
