10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and everything well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was that several of the electrical outlets in our room were loose and would not securely hold our cell phone chargers, which made charging our phones difficult. That said, it's understandable given how frequently outlets in hotel rooms are used by guests plugging and unplugging devices every day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping make our trip enjoyable and memorable."

"Location near the airport and shuttle provided excellent service and served our needs. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent from 4:30 am to 9 am. We were able to have breakfast before our 7 am flight. The staff especially Sue was very friendly and kept the dining area very clean and restocked. Coffee and hot water as well as cookies were available all day and evening. We will use this hotel again on our next visit to Buffalo."

"We were on our way home to Maine from Ohio. My daughter's husband had never been to Niagara Falls so we detoured here. We reserved two rooms. The clerk put us in side-by-side rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the fluffy towels. Only complaint was the poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was better than expected. There was a bus load of Chinese tourists who were not respectful of personal space and did not clear there tables."

2/10 Terrible

"The room itself is pretty decent and soundproof. That's about that. The receptionist was very rude. We had 4 rooms and the keys were not working. I had to go up and down 3 times to get the working key cards for all the rooms. Not only the receptionist DID NOT apologize, she BLAMED me for the faulty keycards. (As if i can magically deactivate the keys with my magic hands. The key cards were no where near our phones or wallet.) We needed some extra towels. They provided 4 towels, and when we asked for more towels, they threatened to call the police saying we were making a scene. (We had 4 rooms! one of the rooms had no towels, and one of the rooms had water leakage where we had to used 2 towels to clean the water. I don't think asking for 8 extra towels was too much.) Some rooms had no shampoo or body soap. No point calling front desk because no one answered. If we need something, we have to go and ask them. The hallways were dirty. There were hair on the floor in the rooms as well. Overall it was really bad experience for us."

"The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was outdated and the sink area was covered with faux wood that was peeling. Although, I didn't get to experience the pool, I had a beautiful view from the room and the dining area. The breakfast was good and included: bacon, eggs, toast, bagels, potatoes, juice, coffee, yogurt. The staff was also pleasant. Overall, it's a solid hotel if you don't mind if it's a bit dated."

"if you are allergic to mold and cigarette smell avoid this place because the rooms are completely smoky, they do not monitor it at all. mold everywhere, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom, and your blanket will be damaged by cigarettes. Also at a price of $ 70 per night you will not have any hygiene products in the bathroom, not even regular soap. Sorry but even in a two star hotel and a price of $ 40 they give shower gel and soap. Seriously this is terrible, avoid this month."
