"Roomie!!! It was our first VRBO, it is a nice two room place, it has a newly renovated shower/bathroom. It is above the front office so breakfast is right downstairs. There is a beeping from the waffle machine if you are a light sleeper, but you also wake up to the smell of waffles. The beds were great, the couches sleep two people, perfect for an our family of six. The sign does shine in through one of the windows, but was fixed with putting two pillows up. It is within walking distance from food and a dollar tree. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. "

"I arranged a trip for my boss and some of his oldest friends to get together over Memorial Day Wknd. We scoured every vacation rental in the country of similar size and w/ similar sports/entertainment amenities and none held a candle to this one. We worried that it couldn't possibly live up to our expectations, but boy were we wrong! The property itself is truly gorgeous, incredibly clean and impeccably well maintained. The concierge - amazing! Truly impressed w/ how she was able to make seemingly impossible last minute requests happen with ease. The property manager - super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Something I was particularly impressed by was the level of service. We had a couple bumpy moments, one day our fridge started to go out, another day the AC wasn't cooling on one side of the house. These things happen to everyone, but I was genuinely shocked by not only how quick they responded, but by how above and beyond they went to try and fix it. Within literally a couple hours (on Memorial Day weekend no less) they had brought us a new fridge and even transferred all the food and drinks for us. W/ the AC, again they literally arrived with a brand new portable AC unit within a couple hours and set it up. Things are always bound to "go wrong" in rentals. Knowing the team is SO dedicated to making it right, that they will show up w/ a solution within a couple hours on a holiday weekend, that's truly impressive!! Highly recommend!!!"

"Visiting son and family. Great home. Was able to have grandkids overnight, host a breakfast family get together. Lots of kid friendly games , Great having well equipped kitchen, close to stores, very relaxing back patio even in a busy neighborhood. Comfortable and complete home"

"We spent spring break at this beautiful estate with friends and our families (kids aged 7–16) and it was everything we hoped for and more. The views are absolutely unreal -mountains, sky, and total privacy. Our kids basically lived outside, between the playground, hot tub, and game room. We loved hanging around the big kitchen counter and hanging in the spacious indoor and outdoor areas.The house was spotless and really well kept with plenty of towels and thoughtful amenities that made it super comfortable for everyone. The host was incredibly responsive, understanding, and helpful throughout our stay which made everything even smoother.The weather was a bit colder than we’d hoped for but hey that’s no one’s fault. ;)This is the kind of place you go to escape where staying at the house is the whole point. It’s peaceful, fun, and full of amazing little pockets of joy. Just being there is the experience. Such a special spot!"
