Bob’s River Place where kids and adults have been coming for over 40 years. This is not a water park it’s a swimming hole along the Swannee River. Bob who still sits out there with us helping us sit on the rope swings correctly. There are 2 slides and a lot of river fun for all river ages. Even the little kids like to go on the bigger rope swings.

"If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place. You can appreciate and feel the nature around you. The hot tube and the shower are amazing. Only complain is for the bathrooms that don’t have A/C and during the day was very hot inside. "

"The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!"

"Location is great and convenient to the boat ramp. If you have pets it’s set up great for them. The dock and views of the river are great! The house is in poor condition. All the beds were very hard. The bunk room is bunk beds pinched in a utility room with the air handler 1.5’ from the beds. The space in the living room/dining/kitchen area works well for up to 6 adults. "
