"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

The house on the same property was vacant and had garbage and lumber in the front yard. The neighborhood was in the same state of disrepair. "Terrible. 91 degrees inside the house. Poor management. No response from the host. I would highly recommend Nothing about this house but to save yourself from Hell and Robbery. Our Family of 16 regret staying here and are in the process of seeking refund right now! They even had the nerve to ask me could I fix it???????????"
