Staff were very helpful and we were able to organise free transportation to the port with them for the day of our departure. Our room and balcony were very small, with no room on the balcony for a table, but we were happy to use the shared terrace instead. "

"This is a cute little hotel right in the heart of Naxos town. Very convenient to walk to everything, and we rented electric bikes from the shop around the corner when we wanted to get out of town. No car needed. Comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Non- English speaking elderly mother of hotel owner there when I tried to check in. Seemed not to have a clue I was coming. Got English-speaking daughter on phone, who asked for more money 'for a better room'. I declined, since I had already made payment through Expedia, and had shown them receipt. Was given a key to the dirtiest, dingiest room. Totally unacceptable! I understood then what the 'more money' was for...that's fraud, folks!"
