I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. "Beautiful newly renovated hotel! Air conditioning, elevator, comfortable beds, best breakfast buffet I ever had. Room was a little small and tub was an awkward shape but those were minor issues. Convenience store on the corner and easy walk to all of the old town. On a main street so there is some traffic noise. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Riga!"
