Not sure why the front desk kept advising me to travel via foot and train to the Chopin airport until another girl at reception explicitly asked us to take an Uber! Thanks to her! Although a VIP on Hotels.com, we were not provided an extension to our checkout even by an hour. "

"We stayed for one night at each end of a longer trip so this covers both. The hotel is very convenient for the central railway station - walkable. It is a longer walk to most of the main sights but there are trams and buses nearby. Our room for the first night was clean and comfortable, for the night at the end of our trip we were upgraded for some reason and the room was excellent with a separate lounge area and a free mini bar which was a plus. "

Getting to the parking lot was a challenge the day we checked in as there was an EU meeting in Old Town and streets were closed. Jarek, the Front Office Manager, walked to where we were and helped us get our luggage to the hotel. He was so nice, and so helpful!"
