The early morning staff were very helpful to me. As I was suffering badly with sickness they called an ambulance and I was taken to the local hospital."

"No air conditioning, light in bedroom didn’t work. No window so no air, given one pillow which was so flat I might aswell not had one. Was given a disabled room so shower was just wet room. Room was so claustrophobic and the fire alarm lit up the whole room so couldn’t sleep properly. "
