"On my first day, the housekeeping team tried to enter the room; on one occasion, they didn't even knock—they just opened the door. The room was clean because I had just checked in. On the second day, however, they never came to clean it. Everything else was very good: the pool was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was simple, with the fresh-brewed coffee machine being a highlight."
