And they should have hired a valet or two to help customers with luggage with the elevator being out of order. I watched an obviously exhausted, older traveler become very discouraged when the desk staff told her that she would need to carry all her luggage up to the third floor using the stairs."

"It felt very unsafe. Someone was banging on my door and I asked the front desk for help and they were of no help at all. They even said they were "checking the cameras" and no one was there which leads me to believe they either lied or the cameras do not work. They told me to come to the front desk even though I said I felt unsafe even going to the door. Very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing. "

"We had black mold all in the bathroom and the wall where you could see it and I had to take my baby to the hospital the next day because that is dangerous and not good for babies I will never stay here again I never had to deal with this and you can smell the mold "
