"Clean room, good wifi, no views from the room but great view from the roof top. Breakfast was so so. Helpful staff members. Had a very good night sleep after Machu Picchu. A bit far from the train station but very close to the main square to take the bus back to Cusco. Would recommend it. "

"Best views of the ruins by far!! Our room had views of both sides and both sets of ruins. Breakfast was great!! It was a little walk from the center square and no parking nearby, so lugging the bags and luggage to and from taxis was a bit of a pain. No amenities in the room."

"We arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the owners were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. Even though breakfast normally ended at 8am, they graciously invited us to join a little after that so we wouldn’t miss a meal. They also allowed us to check out late and relax around the hotel, which was already above and beyond. Unfortunately, I became very sick that morning — likely from something I ate or from trekking Salkantay — and the owners went out of their way to help me. They called a doctor to the hotel, made sure I received the right medication, and kept checking on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay. Their genuine care and compassion made such a difference during a really difficult moment. It’s rare to find people this kind and attentive. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — not just for the comfort, but for the incredible humanity and warmth of the people who run it."

"Everything was great. Our flight got cancelled and we arrived one day after. They did not charged us the first night. Train station 5 min down. Main attraction 15 min up hill. The place has a big garden with a lot of flowers, everyone was very nice! "
