"Liked - comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Apartment was a good size. Disliked - microwave unusable, rusty inside. Food left in freezer. Dishwasher not emptied. Blinds in a bad state and would not close properly. Kitchen ceiling vent filthy as was the extractor over the cooker. Floor in very repair with hole in surface and edges curling up. Light under kitchen units - only one working. Oven shelves and pans dirty. No dishwashing liquid. Clock in lounge not working. Bathroon shower head ...

"Brilliant apartment, clean quiet and comfortable. Great little place, will definitely book again."

"Nice and peaceful, clean and good facilities. Nice touch with the Taylors Coffee Bags (could do with a few more to last the week). Nice size desk to work on. Kitchen area is a good size with plenty of storage. Bathroom, the sink is a bit small for the tap that is fitted (nice tap though). Shower has an excellent flow, a bit small and nowhere to put your soap/shower gel. Overall it does feel a little cramped but then it was a stable so can’t expect too much. "Had a great stay whilst at the property. The flat is lovely and in really good condition. Checking in came with some confusion due to the wrong door code being given but all sorted once we contacted the landlord. My only gripe is that upon leaving we were sent a final message with new instructions not stated in the listing or booking about the state the room needs to be left in. Unfortunately this message was sent after I had left the property early morning which meant we couldn’t adhere to the...

"We loved our stay at Rushton Hall and will be returning as soon as we can. The building itself is extremely beautiful and you feel like you’re stepping into history. The grounds are lovely for a walk (although would be nice to have more outside lighting at night, as it was very dark trying to walk around after dinner). The spa has excellent facilities - the swimming pool is warm (which is rare!) with a comfy hot jacuzzi and dry and wet sauna/steam rooms, and plenty of beds around the swimming pool. We stayed in the Cedar room - The bedroom was spacious and comfy, with a large bed, smart TV and great coffee facilities. The bathroom has a large power-shower, and a bath with its own TV. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be to have a small fridge with cold drinks. The restaurant and bar were great with an excellent breakfast. Overall it was a fantastic stay, and we are excited to return! "

"This is my second review for this trip - first one for check in experience and first night..I was a little concerned that the extractor fan would kee me awake but in fact it went off just after 10.30 and thereafter it was really quiet in the room. The bed was really comfortable and the blind and curtains blocked out any light very efficiently. The room was very clean and the shower powerful and hot with nice toiletries. Breakfast this morning was very good indeed and fantastic value for money. Given that this was included in the room rate this stay was excellent in terms of price and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and stay there again"
