The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. "This was a perfect apartment for our three families. Great location, close to slopes, ski hire shop and mini supermarket. The apartment itself was clean, spacious with plenty of room for everyone to sit, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good showers. We hope to return. Merci Benoit! "
"Our family of 4 (two teenagers) spent a week at this apartment at the start of April and it met our needs perfectly. The apartment was ideally located in meribel center, a short walk down hill to chaudanne for lift access or even closer up hill to the tourist center where an escalator gives skiers access directly to the Doron piste - ideal to then ski down to Chaudanne to access the valleys.The apartment also has a beautiful bakery almost opposite for morning pastries and is only a few hundred metres to the SPA supermarket for all day to day needs.The apartment itself was ideal, 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrific kitchen and living area with all needs met. It has a terrific balcony facing west so captures the afternoon sun with views of the surrounding mountains. Communication with the hosts was extremely easy and checkin straight forward.We would not hesitate to stay here again (opportunity permitting) as it was a great apartment perfectly located in Meribel Centre."
"Excellent location. Excellent value for money. The best 2 bartenders in the world (shoutout to George and Freddie for the exceptional service and sharing yoir drink making artistry!). Nice to be able to book a private 30 min hot tub (would be great if it was a touch hotter and a little less bubbly!) the themed dinner nights were excellent and the food very good. We opted for the half board which was excellent value (even considering we opted for one night out at Les Coursives in Meribel village which was the best French food Iâve ever tasted!).
Suggest a kettle in the dining room for those of us who like scalding hot tea :)
The rooms were big and the beds comfy. Our room had carpet which I personally hate. The lounge was kitschy and cool and had just the right feel before and apres ski. Loved the combo of old charm and low tech with all you need for a delightful stay and this quirky spot. Would definitely come back. "
