The roof onsen is great and although the Hotel was rather busy during my stay there was always room in the hot bath ( not crowded ） and for dinner may be 1 or 2 min waiting at the most. DO NOT MISS the dinner.. absolutely great.. stay with the all you can drink plan and you are doing more than fine! Absolutely recommendable hotel… tons of parking on top.. only 6 min by car from the airport!"

"It’s a typical Japanese hotel mostly catered to Japanese. The staff are very polite and friendly. The room is very clean but on the small size which is typical of Japanese hotels. The breakfast is delicious. Parking is easy with the hotel parking lot. Another big advantage is laundry facilities right at the hotel which we took advantage of. "

"If you're visiting Hakodate, then odds are you have stayed at some APA hotel at some point in your life. You stay at APA because it's affordable and well kept up, which holds true here as well. I've stayed in a handful of APA locations, and this location has the best customer service I've experienced at any APA. As for the building, it's probably older, but you wouldn't know because both the room and hallway are in great condition. They clearly have renovated or replaced over the years."
