"overall, our stay was okay. although the hotel bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep. We did notice our room was not stock with toilet tissues properly and shampoo, but we manage to sequence the life out of what is left in the bottle for one night shower and forgot to mention to the clerk so hope the next guest is fully stock for. "

"We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed for the day/evening. We look for a hotel with that amenity so we don’t have to venture outside. There was nothing on their website about it. We would not have stayed there if we had known. It is disappointing to have no communication about that until you show up at the property. "

"Unfortunately there is construction going on and it appears to have wrecked havoc with the property; no dining room, limited room essentials, etc.. Location is fabulous for events at the La Crosse Center."

"I have mixed reviews on this property. While it checked all of the boxes for us (location, cleanliness, layout), it definitely fell short in some areas. In the description it says it sleeps 12, when it only sleeps 6. Luckily it was not an issue for us, but be aware of that when booking. There are plenty more bedrooms but no furniture in any of them. There is a working TV in the living room but the cord does not reach so we had to move it to the floor in order to watch it. There were no pillows on two of the twin beds so we had to use the shams. Water pressure and hot/cold water is definitely iffy. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils but does not have any amenities like salt/pepper, sugar, coffee or anything like that. Cupboards are bare. I realize that is not a requirement but it's very nice when provided. There is a Keurig as opposed to a coffee pot so we had to go buy pods. Would be nice to have the heads up. There is either no trash service or something is going on because trash is piling up in the garage and it's kind of stinky. Again, this property was very clean and in a great location and could be a VERY good VRBO but did fall short in a couple of areas. Just a few tweaks and improvements and it will get there."

"Exactly what I needed for a cheap quick overnight stay. Staff was available for a check in after midnight. Breakfast foods were laid out in the lobby to be accessible throughout the morning, there were a variety of continental items, nothing was expired. There was some construction going on, but nothing that was in the way, loud, or detrimental to my stay in any way. "

"Breakfast was good. Pool chlorine was so strong the whole area had kids coughing uncontrollably and some had to leave. 4th floor room was clean but had such strong air freshener it caused headaches and asthma flare ups in my family. "
