Very clean place. So for staff - you use a kiosk to check in or if you need anything. No staff available to talk to. Asked about my bill and they couldn't tell me anything about it , they said I had to contact Expedia. First night there was fine , 2nd night there they took us out of the system we couldn't get back into our room until they reprogram our cards. We scheduled for 3 nights. Bathroom door would not latch or lock. There was 4 of us. Lol . And to top it off Mattress was really hard. The one exit that we were using doesn't not connect to lock. You hear it but nope you can open it. Light is always green. Every night we had a homeless person sitting by that door and charging there computer ect.. I was really worried about security. The pool and jacuzzi were completely dryed.

Room was clean, though a bit musty. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. The pool was closed, but the lovely woman at the front desk (I don’t remember her name, but if management reads this, she was taking her child to Alabama the next day - she’s a keeper!) was extremely helpful and told me about the Sparta Aquatic Park. I’m so glad she did, as my daughter had a blast there. Our room was conveniently located so that it was easy to take our dog outside. Breakfast was more than just grab and go. There were eggs and biscuits & gravy along with the usual continental breakfast offerings. Overall, a great place for the price.

The refrigerator did not work in the room the bed was very uncomfortable and some days breakfast and coffee was not ready when it was supposed to be. The room was clean and the staff was easy to work with.

The hotel had an odor, the smell in the room was musty, carpets were filthy, really filthy, the pool they advertised was closed & covered in scum. Didn’t have the stomach to check out their free breakfast. Bedding had to be 20 years old, blankets were thinly worn, furniture was very old & banged up. Sink didn’t drain well, The type of place you double check to make sure there aren’t bedbugs. Didn’t see any! The desk clerks were friendly.
