I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation."

I had just completed a 24 hr endurance event and I looked it I just completed it when I walked in, but your staff was very helpful and nice. My room was comfortable will stay again next for same event. "
