The bathroom in our room was leaking and we notified staff shortly after we checked in. We never heard from staff and at check out were asked if the new room was better. We were moved to another room in the system but no one ever told us. "

"The staff were great and the room was so nice! It was clean, didn’t look old and dirty or cracked. The pool was great the first night and then was closed due to some work being done on it the last two nights, not the biggest deal but the only thing that ended up being a negative was no one told us it wouldn’t be available all three nights.
