El Edificio Smart cuenta con una excelente ubicación, cerca de los puntos de interés más importantes en Isla Teja y Valdivia, puedes viajar y conocer atractivos turísticos en los alrededores viajando cómodamente en Autobús o puedes rentar un auto. "Um ar condicionado fez falta. Recepção boa porém confusa com hóspedes estrangeiros. O café da manhã é muito ruim, saímos com fome nas duas diárias e as meninas que trabalham lá são mau humoradas e grosseiras. Estacionamento limitado e tem que dar a volta no quarteirão para estacionar. Falta uma geladeira (frigobar) no quarto. O lugar é bonito e o jardim é bem cuidado. "
