"The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was very quiet. However, guests checking in should be told or notified that every Monday morning the hotel conducts fire alarm test so guests will be aware when the alarm goes off on Monday morning that it's a test. May I suggest that they do the testing in the afternoons instead of mornings so that people sleeping will not be awakened. Thanks. "
"Excellent historic hotel in a very central location, just off Trafalgar Square and right by the Thames. There three tube stations all within close proximity too. Highly recommend"
"Lovely and clean hotel. Perfect location and charming decor. My only suggestion would be having designated desks for check in and check out at busy times. "
