Very busy iconic hotel right next to Buckingham Palace. Staff were really friendly. Rooms very very cute. Laundry service was reliable. Their breakfast was fancy. I liked the way we were greeted by a doorman when we arrived by taxi. He carried the bags straight in for us. It was also amazing to check in before 3pm. The meals were fantastic and the servers were excellent. All staff were very well dressed and helpful. I loved the location!
