The property was brand new and beautifully designed. They picked us up from the airport in a new van and gave us cold water to drink on our way to the resort. We picked this hotel due to its location. Secluded and right on the beach. We wanted some peaceful time after the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City. Wonderful setting on quit beach looking toward sunset . Just right for honeymooners young and old. We wish rooms had window screens and fans so we could sleep without mosquitoes and with sound of the sea. Management disagreed with this view. But far from a deal breaker. Starting out at this hotel was a little bumpy but after changing our room and upgrading us to free, excellent breakfast every morning, amazing staff that will arrange basically anything you want and need from renting motor bikes to booking trips to getting you a taxi this was overall an amazing experience! We had a great stay at Green Bay Phu Quoc. It was amazingly clean, quiet, peaceful and secluded with a nice beach and beautiful bungalows and facilities. And everything smelled SO GOOD there. It was a perfect place to rest, relax and get away. The food at both of the onsite restaurants was amazing as well, I had the glass noodles with crab three times because I loved it so much. I would definitely go back to Green Bay.
