"This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "

The housekeeping crew did a very good job as well. I also enjoyed the Mall, it has all kinds of restaurants, coffee and bakery shops and stores. I will stay in Lotte when I come back in Ocober, 2024"
