"The hotel staff are very accommodating helpful and friendly, the location to the town is perfect easy walk into the hub where there are plenty of places to sit eat and drink, the shops are great although opening times are much different to ours in the UK. Everyone is polite and helpful. Ypres is beautiful."

Stayed with 2 of our kids and the apartment offers all you need for a great stay! definitely recommend."

"Only issue was using our navigation car system to access the hotel. It was telling us to drive the wrong way down a one way street. Very confusing, but was directing us to the parkade which was not easily visible. Little stressful. Had to park the car and walk to the hotel lobby to have things explained. Others were at the front desk with the same issue. But hotel is quite lovely!"
