"Thank you for the stay at Hotel Shasha Toyonaka. I had a great stay and I was able to walk to the hotel from Itami."

"Very nice. Helpful staff. Very nice restaurant that you must pay for (not included). Great location just steps away from the train (located across the street), though you cannot hear it. The north side exits out onto a cute little walking street with lots of small vendors/eateries."

"Very conveniently located. A minute to the the train station. Lots of restaurants and shops are nearby."

"Over all good for this price and location!! But my room smells like mold!! Old building!! But clean and staff were very nice!! $4 Japanese Breakfast was excellent!!"

"Clean room, great view of the city, and a good breakfast"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, complementary breakfast was great, clean and tidy room - no complaints and really enjoyed our stay."

"This was my first time staying at a ryokan. I had a wonderful time. The view was simply amazing. The dinner and breakfast meals were 10 out of 10 for presentation and taste. The baths were equally refreshing. The only thing I could critique is the bed was a little minimal compared to western beds I'm used to. I still got a great nights rest and would come back in a heartbeat."

"When you need to catch early flight, this is the place you want to stay. The staffs are helpful and small rooms are clean."

"The room had a massage chair and a pinball machine, no lamps just overhead lights, bed was hard as a rock and it was not in the nicest area"
