"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "Super convenient for a one night layover in Osaka. 3 minute walking to Osaka Metro and 10 minutes to Shinkansen (with luggage).
Room was clean and comfortable. There was a large step up to the bathroom which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Bathroom was nice sized, beds were comfy. They stored our luggage for several hours after check out so we could explore a bit.
Breakfast was additional fee (I think?) But it was good and very convenient (though there is a family mart right around the corner).
Overall good price and great for a short stay!"
"Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Its very close to a station, making it easy to visit other places. The area is also very safe. I'd definitely stay here again!"
"Had one of the highest floors so noise was never an issue. Close to the station, so I was always able to do a nice, morning walk to the station. The room was a nice size and my view was amazing. Never had an issue with staff throughout my stay and were very helpful with anything I needed!"
"A rather unique setup in terms of its checking in and out and the apartment is very well designed in which you can do a bit of cooking if you wanted to. There’s a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient for the guests to use too. Great location and pleasant environment. "
"The room was beautiful, spacious, and an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. It was conveniently located within a few minutes walk of Shin-Osaka Station. We would definitely stay there again. "
"Free shuttle to, and from Shinkansen. Walkable at 14 minutes. Many dining options, pharmacy, and 7-Eleven close by. Professional, clean, updated hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. Will stay here again next time."
