The best place I’ve stayed in Japan so far. 5-star quality in every single aspect. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, truly next-level service. Great location - walking distance to Osaka station and many food options nearby as well as shopping. Hotel itself nice, clean, modern, roomy. Staff excellent, very polite, helpful, professional, pleasant. Helped forwarded our luggage to next city. Def recommend

It is a beautiful and huge property with all the restaurants and coffees places along with shopping areas walkable distance. Don't forget to get 29th or higher floor rooms. Spectacular views!
