Great stay, lovely staff and good location. If you are travelling with kids, make sure that you specify how many people there are and how many beds you require.

Entrance was nice and good welcome service. Rooms were exceptionally small for a family of 4, especially the bathroom. Very little space for bags and we packed light, just hard to move around and find space. The neighborhood was not very nice for walking around, we left after one night and booked another hotel near Osaka station. If we didn’t have kids we likely would have made it work but just didn’t want to have to deal with an uncomfortable 3 night stay.

Everything was fine BUT the raised bed platform is a hazard. My husband banged his left foot during the night and his foot has been swollen and sore for 2 days now. That is a very bad and dangerous set up. Otherwise the room and hotel are very nice.

Room was comfortable, but a few things can be better. Wifi did not work half the time, which is problematic when I need to do work on my laptop. There is also not much space, and bathroom was very small. Reception was friendly but they couldn’t help me book a taxi to the airport.

コリアンタウンを楽しむには絶好の場所だと思います。 部屋はおおむね綺麗でしたが、洗面所の排水口が詰まっていて、水の流れが悪かった上、臭いも気になりました。 また、ウェルカムサービスのコーヒーを飲もうとしましたが、カップが見当たらず、諦めました。 朝食については。残念ながら箸が進みませんでした。 新しい施設なので、改善望みます。

駅降りたら韓国みたい…

最寄駅からホテルまでの時間が思っていたよりもあり、道順がわかりにくかったと思います。2日間の滞在でなんとか慣れましたが、韓国街というのもあって、知らずに行ったので、ちょっとびっくりしました。 ホテルは快適で、2日目のタオルだけ頼んだつもりだったのですが、その他の分も補充してあり、とても助かりました♪ありがとうございました。ただトイレの水が少し漏れてたように感じました。
