Friendly hotel close to Shin-Osaka station

We stayed here twice during our trip to Japan as it was such a convenient location to stop over. Its proximity to the railway station makes train noise inevitable but it's also a breeze to get to the station either to move around Osaka or to travel further afield. The hotel staff were great. They arranged for some of our luggage to be sent on to Tokyo whilst we travelled in other parts of the country and stored some at the hotel for us. This service made travelling around really easy with just a couple of small back packs and our bags were waiting at our Tokyo hotel when we got there. Breakfast at the hotel was a mixture of asian staples and western fruit, yogurt and pastries. Perfectly adequate for our needs.

The staff were really friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Easy walking distance to Shin Osaka station. The room was considerably more spacious compared to other hotels. There was a delicious yakitori restaurant only a short walk away.

The hotel was close to the train station, room was very comfortable, except bed was very low,but I guess it is customized. The breakfast was superb 👌 It the best breakfast I ever have. The food was very freshly prepared, not dried stuff like other hotels in the States. I overall enjoyed my stay,staff was helpful even though they did speak English.

Not very luxurious, but totally adequate for our needs. Not enough pillows, but front desk provides more upon request. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. Hotel is very near Shin-Osaka station which is very convenient. Our room was on the back side of the building, hence above the train tracks. We didn't mind the train noise at all, and kind of missed it after we left.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, but unfortunately, the room was very dusty, which was a big problem for me as I am allergic to dust. I informed the staff and asked them to clean the room properly, but nothing was done during our entire stay. It was disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel

Osaka 4 Nighter

Close to Osaka Station for transfers and Shinkansen. Local trains close by. Friendly check-in staff. Pillows were not great, but asked the front desk and they supplied better pillows to us. Checked in a few hours early for a small fee which we didn’t mind paying. Breakfast was just okay so we ate elsewhere. Lots of food options nearby and 7-11 is a few minutes away for shockingly great prepared food options. Trains run behind the hotel so can be noisy, but I grew up next to train tracks so it actually helped me sleep.
