Phoenix 5 Unit #117....This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA beachfront CORNER UNIT has beautiful views from two sides! This condo has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation including Free Wi-Fi! You'll love the beautiful views from both the living room and the kitchen! The living room has a sliding glass door entrance to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a lounge chair and patio table with chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Another great feature is that you can park and walk directly into your condo on the first floor...so convenient!

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. We provide a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two queen sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, one queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and flat-screened televisions for your enjoyment in each (linens are provided). A washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Please Note: This condo is located on the first floor which is the parking lot level. However, there is a floor below us with condos located next to the pool. So, you can't walk directly from our balcony to the pool/beach area since you are actually on the 2nd floor!

Clean. Unobstructed, fabulous view from the balcony. Eays beach access. Efficient and spacious for the six of us. Kitchen appliances and couch need replaced. Couch is broken. Toaster takes a really, really long time to work. Master shower slow to drain.

Short Getaway

Great view. I felt a little misled by the beach access from the picture online. Stairwell smells horrible but that was the best way to access the beach for us. I forgot to report the patio light is out or doesn’t work. The condo was great and suited all of our needs. Overall the stay was great and I would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful!!

This corner unit is beautiful. The location is great and we had the best time. The splash pad is perfect for the kids. Orange Beach is our absolute most favorite.

Location was great. The unit is set up well but cleanliness was lacking. One of the beds appeared to be made without changing the sheets. There was sand on the sheets. The main bathroom a/c vent has mold on it.The A/C was not working to capacity, but was replaced mid week. (thank you!) The washing machine needs to be repaired or replaced, anything more than 2 towels and the washer was making a terrible noise. We had a great time regardless.

Beautiful view and location

Property and condo were a bit dated and dirty. Cobwebs, dirty baseboards, shower and doors. AC never got to temp. Fitness center was musty, moldy and hot with no free weights. The condo was better than staying in a hotel and convient to everything. The view was incredible .

Great time

We had a great visit. The condo was a good size for the seven of us. It was clean and had all the basics we needed. The proximity to the beach and pool was helpful. When our code stopped working, the property manager was prompt to replace it. We would recommend this property.

Beware!

Our stay for the week was great! The condo was nice, clean and we loved how close we were to the beach. My only concern is for future renters to review the property and report anything that may look damaged or out of place when you arrive. Upon arrival we noticed that the refrigerator door had several dings in it but I had previously noticed this in the pictures on the VRBO website so I didn't report it. After our departure, I received an email from the property manager asking about the dents and basically saying that they were from us, that the refrigerator was going to have to be replaced and that accidental insurance would not cover it. Thankfully, I was able to pull up the pictures (Pics #19-22 on the website) and show him that the dents were clearly there before our arrival. The manager then stated that they knew about the dents prior to our arrival but now they said that they dents were worse after we left. Thankfully after showing them the pictures and stating how upset I was, they did not hold us responsible for the dents and even though we never received an apology, we just want to warn any future renters to be aware of anything that may look damaged or out of place. I would hate for anyone to be made to feel like we did.

Spring Break

We took our daughter and friend to the beach for a relaxing week. Check i. Was easy, as the door was on the same level as parking. No stairs or elevators to enter! Once i side the lay out was great, and you have a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Close to shopping and dining and food delivery is easy too. Correspondence with owner was nice and helpful. Great spot for a family with the 3 bedrooms..

Orange Beach Family 4-day trip

The end unit was great! We had a fabulous time. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. Of course it was too early for the outdoor pool but we had a couple of good beach days. Coffee on the patio with dolphin sitings every morning. Management communication was constant and quick. We’ll be back.

Great location!

We had a great time on our getaway. We appreciated the quick response from Melissa when we encountered an issue with the thermostat during the snowstorm. She was amazing! We loved the view from the patio and all the sliding doors despite the one foggy panel. Everything we could possibly need for cooking was available. One review mentioned that the mattresses were recently replaced. We were a little disappointed that although the beds were very comfortable, the king and one queen box spring were very squeaky upon entering and exiting the bed. It was mentioned that the living room furniture had recently been replaced, but the cushions were very soft and it was difficult getting up. There were panels of foam inserted in many of them. One cushion had a broken zipper. This would be a great rental with just a few updates.

Great stay

Great vacation spot. Very nice unit. Lots of kitchen essentials missing. Charge 55 a vehicle for parking which is totally outrageous to park vehicles.
